This is a full-time leadership position as our Chief Experience Officer. You'll be on the floor leading by example, working alongside your team during evenings, weekends, and select holidays—the times when our guests need us most.

Lead, mentor, and inspire our Guest Experience Team while setting the standard for exceptional hospitality.
Build lasting relationships with guests and cultivate a loyal community of regulars.
Oversee and continuously evolve our Guest Relations program.
Assist ownership in developing and creating new guest experiences that make Spork Island unlike anywhere else.
Manage the reservation book and guest flow to maximize both hospitality and operational efficiency.
Personally welcome, seat, and engage with guests throughout the evening.
Recognize VIPs, celebrate special occasions, and create memorable moments that exceed expectations.
Develop creative ideas that surprise and delight guests while reinforcing the Spork Island experience.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
Assist ownership with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training future Guest Experience Team members.
Work closely with management, the kitchen, and the bar to deliver a seamless and unforgettable dining experience.

Understands that the first five minutes of a guest's visit often determine whether they'll become a guest for life.
Has leadership experience in hospitality, guest relations, luxury hotels, private clubs, fine dining, upscale restaurants, or similar guest-focused environments.
